Waukegan Public Library Trades Food for Fines

Waukegan Public Library is holding a food drive for COOL Food Pantries called “Food for Fines”. It kicked off on February 1^st and will run through February 29^th. Last week we received a call that they were having much success…when it was all weighed and counted there was 971 pounds. What a great start !!
